The United Kingdom is legally a Christian country, the monarch swore her allegiance to God’s word in 1953, and nothing the liberal secular humanists say alters that fact. Great Britain was once a great nation. The British Empire ruled 1/3 of the world. The English language and the many missionaries who have gone before us have brought the gospel to the nations. We still have the blueprint used for the laws that govern our nation – the Bible.

As a Christian party we care about all sectors of society. However we do not agree that religion and politics don’t mix. That is an excuse that allows the church to renege on their responsibilities and gives the humanists a reason to keep Gods truth out of government. Nothing is outside our remit as the word says that ‘The government is in God’s hands’ God has appointed the leaders and those in authority in this nation. He has given them his authority to rule the country with truth, honesty and justice. (Dan 4:25). But somewhere things have gone wrong.

Man cannot make decisions without God’s wisdom. If we try, we will implement solutions that we think are right only to find out in 10 years time that the problem we thought we were fixing, we have made worse. We have seen it happen with our teenagers binge drinking, with teenage pregnancy rates soaring, and abortion and the detrimental consequences on the women and their loved ones, increase to unprecedented levels. We have a sicker, fatter, unsatisfied, more miserable society than ever before. 

You sow the wind, you reap the whirlwind!

It’s time. Enough is enough. We are tired to hearing what we can’t do and can’t say. We are now politically incorrect then so be it, we will not be seduced to tow any parties’ political correct line. The truth is the truth and it’s time people heard the truth again. Then let them decide for themselves what is right. The truth will set us truly free.

One in five people in Wales are registered as long-term sick. Nearly half of all households contain someone with poor health. Nearly one third of our children in Wales are living below the poverty line – going to bed hungry whist Assembly Members are being paid over £1,000 a week, plus expenses! This is unacceptable in the Wales in the 21st Century. Isn’t it interesting that the greatest sector of society to suffer under the governments misguided lawmaking are the children – the ones who are least able to speak for themselves.

We are humbled by the task the Lord has set before us. We seek not glory, position or power for ourselves, but to see the name of Jesus Christ glorified again in this nation of Wales. We want to see a Welsh Assembly governing with less petty complaining and needless party political point scoring. We want sensible discussion and consensus decision making which would benefit the whole population. Then and only then will we see people’s lives changed forever for the better and the blessings return again to this precious nation. For God so loved the world that he gave His only begotten Son that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)

We are passionate about Welsh Heritage, its children and its future and we know you are too. Please stand with us in this awesome task and we put integrity, truth and justice back into politics and proclaim the Lordship of Jesus Christ over this nation once more.
